Pricing questions
Is TrackBadges really free?
Yes, for up to 3 active people, with every feature and no time limit. Add a 4th person and you'll be asked to upgrade to Pro.
How is Pro priced?
Free for up to 3 people. Pro is $9 a month for your first 3 people, plus $1.50 a month for each person after that. For example, 10 people is $19.50 a month, 25 is $42 and 50 is $79.50.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone active on your team — the people who carry badges. Archived people don't count, and neither do supervisors or scanners: pair as many phones and tablets as you like.
What happens when I add or archive people?
Your bill follows your active headcount. Adding or archiving people adjusts the subscription, and the difference is prorated onto your next invoice.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Pro is billed monthly, with no contract, setup fee or hardware to buy. Cancel any time from the billing portal.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 3 people, scanners stop clocking people in (clock-outs still work) until you renew or archive people down to 3.
